About the Role
βThis is a key support role that connects our sales, architectural, and project management teams β keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Youβll be the first point of contact for many clients and a reliable bridge between internal teams, councils, and external partners.
Your Responsibilities
- Responding to client emails with clarity and warmth - Assigning projects to architects and ensuring clients receive timely updates - Coordinating deadlines and ensuring smooth communication across architects, sales, clients, and local authorities - Sending quotes, invoices, follow-ups, and appointment confirmations - Chasing outstanding documents, client feedback, and reviews - Keeping internal trackers, folders, and project records organised and up to date - Supporting the team with admin, scheduling, and task tracking
