We’re building a remote-first team and are now hiring a Customer Service Assistant to support clients from first enquiry through to project delivery.
About the Role
This role supports our sales, architectural, and project teams and helps keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll act as a first point of contact for clients and coordinate between teams and external partners.
Your Responsibilities:

• Assign projects to architects and keep clients informed with timely updates
• Coordinate deadlines and communication between architects, sales, clients, and local authorities
• Prepare and send quotes, invoices, follow-ups, and appointment confirmations
• Proactively chase outstanding documents, client feedback, and reviews
• Maintain accurate internal trackers, folders, and project records
• Provide administrative, scheduling, and task-tracking support to the wider team
What We’re Looking For:

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and consistency
• Calm, dependable, and proactive, able to take ownership without constant supervision
• Comfortable managing your own workload in a remote environment

• A people-first mindset with empathy, patience, and a solution-focused approach
• Legal right to work in the UK and a reliable remote working setup
What You’ll Get:
• Fully remote role, working from anywhere in the UK
• Supportive, collaborative, remote-first team culture
• Pension contributions and company benefits
• Clear opportunities for progression and increased responsibility over time
• The opportunity to contribute to the growth of a modern, ambitious architectural brand
• Competitive salary, based on experience
