Job Description
Location: Remote (UK applicants only)
Start Date: TBC / Applications reopening next month
Employment Type: Permanent, Part-Time or Full-time.
Salary: £35,000-£45,000 (depending on remote customer service skills and experience)

About BeforeBricks
BeforeBricks is a growing architectural design and planning company working with homeowners, landlords, and developers across the UK. We help clients navigate the planning process clearly and efficiently. We’re building a remote-first team and are now hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to support clients from first enquiry through to project delivery.
About the Role
This role supports our sales, architectural, and project teams and helps keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll act as a first point of contact for clients and coordinate between teams and external partners.
Your Responsibilities
• Respond to client emails clearly, professionally, and with a warm, helpful tone
• Assign projects to architects and keep clients informed with timely updates
• Coordinate deadlines and communication between architects, sales, clients, and local authorities
• Prepare and send quotes, invoices, follow-ups, and appointment confirmations
• Proactively chase outstanding documents, client feedback, and reviews
• Maintain accurate internal trackers, folders, and project records
• Provide administrative, scheduling, and task-tracking support to the wider team
What We’re Looking For
• Strong written communication skills with a clear, professional, and friendly tone
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and consistency
• Calm, dependable, and proactive, able to take ownership without constant supervision
• Comfortable managing your own workload in a remote environment
• Previous experience in admin, customer service, or project support is helpful but not essential
• A people-first mindset with empathy, patience, and a solution-focused approach
• Legal right to work in the UK and a reliable remote working setup
