About the Role
This is a key marketing role that supports our sales and operations teams helping to grow the BeforeBricks brand and attract new clients. You’ll assist with campaigns and content creation to keep our business visible, consistent, and engaging online.

About the Role We’re looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and sales efforts. You’ll help plan, create, and manage content across multiple channels, coordinate campaigns, and ensure our brand voice is consistent across everything we do.
Your Responsibilities
Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media, YouTube, and email marketing
Support campaign planning, tracking, and reporting performance metrics
Help manage our CRM and email automation tools (Pipedrive, Instantly, etc.)
Coordinate Trustpilot review requests and testimonial outreach
Assist in writing, editing, and publishing blogs, newsletters, and promotional content
Research competitors, trends, and new marketing opportunities
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing activities with business goals

Excellent written English and attention to detail
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (social media, CRM, email platforms)
