About the Role
This is a key sales support role focused on engaging new inbound leads and guiding them through the early stages of the sales process. You will be the first human touchpoint for many prospects, making contact quickly, building rapport, qualifying their needs and booking appointments for the senior sales team.You will work closely with our sales, customer service and operations teams to keep the sales pipeline organised, efficient and full of quality opportunities.
Your Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to new inbound leads - Building trust and rapport with prospects quickly and professionally - Asking qualifying questions to assess their needs and project suitability - Booking appointments or follow-up calls for the senior sales team - Logging all activities, notes and outcomes in Pipedrive (our CRM) - Following up with prospects via phone, email and text to keep them engaged - Helping maintain an organised, efficient sales pipeline - Providing feedback on lead quality to improve marketing efforts

About the Role This is a key support role that connects our sales, architectural, and project management teams — keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be the first point of contact for many clients and a reliable bridge between internal teams, councils, and external partners.
Your Responsibilities
Responding to client emails with clarity and warmth
Assigning projects to architects and ensuring clients receive timely updates
Coordinating deadlines and ensuring smooth communication across architects, sales, clients, and local authorities
Sending quotes, invoices, follow-ups, and appointment confirmations
Chasing outstanding documents, client feedback, and reviews
Keeping internal trackers, folders, and project records organised and up to date
Supporting the team with admin, scheduling, and task tracking
